North Shore Golf Club Ladies achieve pennant history

The North Shore Golf Club Ladies B Pennant team won the Pennant title in May 2004, the first team in 11 years to defeat Pupuke Golf Club. The team engaged No Limits for a series of ‘mental game’ workshops. “[Douglas] motivated us and made us focus on the present,” said team member Marilyn Courtenay. “When the going got tough we often said to one another… ‘Think of Douglas’ – and that’s all we needed to get us back on track,” said team member Patsy Armour. AUT study proves pre-shot mental routine for golf really works

An AUT Sports Psychology study into the effectiveness of a pre-shot mental routine for putting saw test group success rate for putts more than double that of a control group.
